Our products are custom designed at the time of the order, therefore we ask that you make your selections carefully as they not returnable. We do not offer refunds unless the wrong item was sent to you. Any return must be approved first by email. Cancelled orders are not allowed.
SHIPPING
We ship USPS priority mail. We do not ship on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.
Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you via email and issue a refund .
Payment process: If you are paying by credit card you will find it on the left side of the page and if paying by pay pal you will find it on the right side of the page. You do not have to have a pay pal account to pay by credit card. Read carefully, it's confusing. You may contact me at 214.543.3512 if you have problems with paying and I will help you with it.
If paying by money order the item will be shipped once the money order is received. Call us for information on where to send your money order. |
